Q. Can you convert our old website to an OnlineTownships.com website?
Yes, but this would be impractical since for nearly the same price, we can completely rebuild the website allowing for future scalability and growth. Online Townships can salvage all of your old content and place it on the new site for you.
Q. We have many historical documents and photos. Can you place them on the site for us?

Q. How do we learn or become familiar with the system?
With each OLT system, comes a 1 hour telephone tutorial where we'll walk you through editing pages, uploading photos and sharing documents. Our pleasant customer support will show you how easy it really is!
Q. Can we keep our current hosting providor?
In most cases, our software requires additional configuration and components to be installed on the server. Many hosting providors do not allow such actions since they are not "managed servers." You'll find that moving to our servers is competitively priced and includes more features.
Q. We like the way a particular site looks and/or operates - can you make ours like this?
Although we don't copy website artwork or functionality, we can certainly modify the look and operation of your new site to operate in a similar manner. In most cases you'll be happy that you trusted us with your site artwork.
Q. We have a gazillion email accounts throughout the department. Does making the switch to OnlineTownships effect our email?
We're very used to converting municipality email systems. In most cases it is as simple as providing us with a list of email accounts so we can duplicate them on our servers. No biggie!
Q. We're having problems getting conrtol of our domain name. We need it to change to your hosting servers. What do we do?
This is very common and can have several speedbumps along the way. It's important to obtain your domain logins as soon as possible since it can take some time to process. If you are experiencing difficulty finding or communicating with your current domain registration holder, you can easily register another domain name. If this is unfeasable, you should contact your municipality's legal department to gain access to the credentials you need to login to the current system.
